My last beach exploring trip to Florida really did it. I just sat in a beach chair under an umbrella. Didn't even want to swim or walk on the beach because I was just too uncomfortable in my skin. Just too much of me “in my skin”. Fast forward two months and I'm down to 205 lbs and on my way to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Facts about Little Cayman:
Little Cayman is famous for its scuba diving. The most famous dive site areas, Bloody Bay and Jackson’s Bight, are both located on the north side of the island, just west of its midpoint. At its shallowest point in Bloody Bay, the drop-off goes a depth of 18 feet to approximately 1000 feet in what is a near-vertical topology at recreational depths.
